Musical Wilderness of Mirrors
20th Anniversary Celebration

The 20th Anniversary season concludes with an exquisite mash-up of music from throughout the ensemble’s distinguished history. On March 29 and 30, “A Musical Wilderness of Mirrors” will highlight Scott MacPherson, the founding artistic director of SACC and all past SACC singers in a performance of the 19th-century masterwork Abendlied by Josef Rheinberger.

SACC is also delighted to share the world premiere of a newly commissioned work, “A Little Snow was Here and There” by Andrew Rindfleisch. The program will feature additional works by Josquin des Prez, George Gershwin, Shawn Kirchner, and Gretchaninoff. Also featured is the world premiere work by Hungarian composer, Gyöngyösi Levente, Exaltabo te.
